Thank you for choosing Statement of Purpose UK and trusting our services. We are extremely grateful that you opted for our brand to craft your SOP. We emphasize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that customers are delighted with their statements.

We would like to express our regret if you received a faulty statement or if the delivery of your SOP was delayed. This Refund Policy will communicate all your rights regarding refunds.

Delayed Delivery

At Statement of Purpose UK, we ensure that SOPs are delivered before the deadline. Timely deliveries are our top priority. However, due to any unforeseen circumstances, if the delivery gets delayed, you are always welcome to contact our customer support team. There is always a genuine reason behind such mishaps. However, if the mistake is on our side, we won’t step back from making a compensation.

Quality Concerns

You can expect us to deliver commendable quality every single time. In case of quality concerns, the revision option is always there. We will fix all the blunders in that revision. If we fix all the errors, the refund won’t be made. The only conditions to ask for a refund are when your SOP is totally plagiarised or is full of errors that can’t be fixed. You have a limited time (3 weeks) to ask for free revisions. After that, neither we’ll do any revisions nor process any refund. If the client is not satisfied with the revision, the QA department will look into the matter. As per their report, your compensated amount will be decided.

Order Cancellation

If customers have a change of mind, they have 24 hours to cancel their order after the order placement. If your order is processed and the writer has started working on your statement, you won’t be able to back down from the project. You will be eligible for a full refund only if your order cancellation is made within the mentioned time.

Not Getting The Desired Result

We are responsible for the quality of your SOP, not the outcome of it. We try our best to deliver a high-quality statement of purpose with proper formatting, accurate language, expressive emotions, and zero errors. The rest is in the hands of the selection committee to either reject or accept your application.

Any request that doesn’t satisfy these conditions won’t be reimbursed by the team of Statement of Purpose UK.

Revision Policy

Statement of Purpose UK has a dedicated team that strives for customer satisfaction. Every single individual works really hard to satisfy all the needs and requirements of customers. However, we will gladly revise your draft if you think your SOP needs some amendments. We aim to deliver the satisfactory quality that you expect from us.

There are some norms that define our revision policy:

  • Customers only have 3 weeks time from the final deadline. Other than that, there would be no free revisions.
  • The document will only be revised if your revision is in accordance with the initial instructions of the order. Any special request that defies your original order will be charged an additional amount.
  • It is on the customer to notify us about the deadline for the modifications. We are up for any challenge, but we won’t entertain unrealistic expectations. No revision will be done sooner than 12 hours.
  • The customer should be clear and provide precise comments regarding the edits they want.
  • Urgent orders should have at least one revision, and normal orders with longer deadlines should have at least two revisions to become eligible for opening a dispute.
  • Customers won’t be given any right to ask for a revision if they can’t point out any proper mistake in their statement of purpose.

Statement of Purpose UK holds the right to edit and update the existing revision policy. It is the sole discretion of the company’s management to make changes to this policy without issuing any notice to the users.
